North Main BBQ is Chopped host Ted Allen's Best BBQ Beef Brisket as seen on the show Best Thing I Ever Ate. How could I resist an all-you-can-eat BBQ buffet for less than $15?! Although you don't have to get the buffet, I of course did so I could try everything at least once. I'm so glad I did because everything was delicious. 

I made myself a BBQ sampler platter and pretty much tried everything they had to offer. I had to try the ribs since they were voted the best in the world. They were St. Louis style, which was grilled then slathered with sauce. The ribs were very tender and practically fell off the bone. The sauce was a perfect balance between sweet and smokey. I also had to try the "best ever" beef brisket. It was also tender and smokey. The char from the grill added good texture and meatiness. I also had the sausage, chicken breast and chopped pork. Everything was tender and moist. I ate everything on my plate and went back for more!

My secret to enjoying BBQ includes a side of pickles and onions. Every BBQ joint I've been to has pickles and onions so they are a must have side with every BBQ plate. I love how they add a nice tangy crunch to every bite. 

North Main BBQ is one place you should on your Dallas/Fort Worth BBQ bucket list. You'll have to keep in mind their weekend only hours because they are only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It's family ran business that been around for over 30 years.
