I love pizza and Capital Pizza dishes up some pretty tasty pie. Located in the heart of Tech Terrace, they offer pizzas, sandwiches and craft beer to your liking. Even if you don't get the area that often, you should make your way over. It's delicious and you'll love the atmosphere. 

Margherita pizza

The Prof and I started a healthy nutrition plan to kick off the new year. As a result we were looking forward to our planned cheat meal for the weekend. This one weekend just to happened to be pizza. My girlfriends were in for a treat. 

I picked up an order of the margherita pizza . It was a perfect pizza for a girls night in. My girlfriends all have boys so pizza toppings are usually limited to meat, meat, and more meat. They were glad to have a change of pace from the traditional meat pie. 

A margherita pizza is made with simple ingredients: tomatoes, basil and mozzarella. Captial Pizza's was delicious. The crust was crunchy and had a nice bite to it. The tomatoes were fresh and they didn't skimp on basil. Everyone loved it.
